Appointments

The Yiewsley Family Practice operates a combined “Pre-Booked” and “Book on the Day” appointment service. This type of appointment system allows the Practice to minimise wasted appointments from patients who do not attend their booked appointments, yet also allowing better and easier access for patients who have more acute symptoms and need to be seen promptly. “Book on the Day” appointments are made available online and via telephone at the same times every day,  08:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m.

To make an appointment please telephone 01895 435377, call in personally or use our on-line booking system.

Routine consultations are for 10 minutes. If you feel you need to spend longer with the doctor or nurse please inform the receptionist at the time of booking.If you are late you may be asked to make a new appointment.If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so another patient can be seen in your place.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so the time can be used by another patient.
